The Fine Print.

AirsoftLocker.com can not offer any implied warranty on products sold as we are not distributors or dealers for any items sold here. Everything listed is for personal consumption. That being said, some manufacturers may offer warranty, but you’ll need to contact them for more information on their policies.

We will to the best of our abilities provide assistance our loyal members by providing troubleshooting tips or referring them to their local airsoft shops for technical service should a malfunction occur. A Dead on Arrival period is offered for all goods sold as we understand sometimes the couriers are not too gentle with our packages. We know airsoft items have a wide spectrum of quality control and we’ve been burned a few times ourselves so we offer the Dead on Arrival policy, it is explained in detail further below.

We will test most items before shipping to ensure it’s in full functioning condition. All guns are tested to ensure they are functional before shipping. The exception to this is sealed products (e.g. KWC Pistol magazines, some batteries, etc.). Since items not listed under the The Classifieds section are sold as new we will not open sealed products to test unless the member requested us to do so in the order comments.

It’s also important to note, that airsoft products are designed and manufactured with a wide Quality Control range. Some brands use high quality metal and others will use alloys. This is why some products will last longer than others but none are designed to last indefinitely. It’s advised that each member should learn and perform basic maintenance on their airsoft products to maintain longevity of their products.

It is the manufacturer’s responsibility to cover defects from their manufacturing and design process. AirsoftLocker.com is not responsible for these flaws.

The paint finish, molding and/or rusting of parts and products is not covered under Dead on Arrival. As long as the item is functional as intended, no return will be granted. As many of you know, Airsoft is a hobby and these items are made mostly from China or places near the sea with some low quality control procedures. While we mostly check over products, unfortunately we can not check every single one and we can not exchange products to the manufacturer as they do not offer any after sales support for us.

Airsoft goods are also designed as toys and which is why they are much cheaper than their real steel counter parts. For the above reasons, unfortunately we can not offer returns based on the finish, rusting, paint colouration and other aesthetic blemishes on any products. We will of course try our best to ensure the items meet our aesthetic standards before shipping them out.

Falsifying return/exchange claims:

If an item that is authorized for return or exchange turns out to be opened, the member will not be refunded for the full amount of the product(s) returned. We will determine a restocking fee for the product(s) and issued a refund based on the total cost minus the restocking fee.

If a product is returned on the assumption that the product is defective but works when we receive it, the member will be required to pay for the shipping of the product back to them and will not be refunded for the return shipping cost.
