Description
The M4 Close Quarter Battle Receiver (CQBR) was designed as a replacement receiver for the M4A1 Carbine platform. Specially developed for the US Navy, this rifle features as 10.3 inch barrel similar in length to the Colt Commando models that were fielded during the Vietnam war. The shorter CQBR variant is commonly used by special forces commandos and bodyguards for senior officers as they are more useful in those scenarios. The main purpose of the development of this version of the M4 is to enable operators to carry an SMG size rifle with a higher caliber round. WE does an amazing job of creating a realistic feeling rifle with operation that is very similar if not identical to the real thing.
The open bolt system, definitely enhances the recoil of this model over the closed bolt system. It is significantly more efficient than the old system, a full mag gas fill will last longer than the 30 rounds which means you can load extra rounds on the field without needing to re gas if you are in urgent need of additional fire power. The WE M4 CQBR features a full metal upper and lower receiver and a polymer pistol grip and LE stock. Just like the real steel version! It also has four 20mm picatinny rails on the front end which makes it perfect for attaching accessories such as a grip, light or laser. The top rail is designed to allow you to mount many different types of sights. The magazine holds 30 rounds and there are both CO2 or Green Gas versions available. The gun is manufactured to shoot around 400 fps with a 0.20g bb. Maintenance is a breeze as it field strips just like the real version, allowing tool-less access to the internals. Firing modes include semi auto and full auto.

Only high quality bbs are recommended for use in this rifle. Only use bb’s purchased from specialized airsoft retailers. Never use Crosman, Aftermath or bb’s purchased from Canadian Tire, Walmart or other department stores in your guns. Double Polished bb’s are best for all competitive grade airsoft guns
It is best to use Heavier BB in this rifle as the hop up bucking for WE GBBR’s are stiffer than normal
Do NOT put the gun in safe mode if the bolt is not racked. Doing so will damage the internals of the rifle
