What is a Mystery Crate?

A Mystery Crate is by design for the risk takers, sometimes you just want to play the odds. To have the hope to get something extraordinary. If they don't get it, at least they'll have something new they can use for the next game.
In addition we also create these products for the less fortunate, it's entirely possible for someone to get a high quality gun for a fraction of the cost even if they weren't able to afford it at the full price. It always brings a smile to our faces when some get's something better than they had hoped for. Surprisingly, in some cases it's the base prize that really brightens their day!

Furthermore, as members of our club, you are exclusively offered these runs as a token of our appreciation for being a member. As always thank you and keep airsofting!

How it works

All mystery crate odds are posted on each listing, including a full list of prizes. Every run is pre packaged. Most of the Mystery Crates are shipped alone and can't be shipped with other items as they are pre packaged. Exceptions will be noted specific to the run if it can be ordered with other items. This will be indicated clearly on the product page. All crates are sold on a first pay basis and the release time and date for each run will be announced at least a week a head of the ship date. Once you place an order for one, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Mystery Crate Terms and Conditions of Participation

Mystery Crates are FINAL SALE. This means they can not be returned or exchanged.
Mystery Crates are time limited items. Each run has a start and end time. If a crate is not sold out by the announced expiration date, the box will no longer be available for purchase.
There is no limit on the quantity of crates per account or address can purchase, simply the number or crates per order placed is limited to one per order.
We will test the all the products in each run to ensure functionality of each product before being packed.
There is a 48 hour Dead On Arrival period offered on each Mystery Crate. This means you have 48 hours after the confirmation of delivery on your tracking information to notify us of a damaged or non functioning product.
In the unfortunate event your product is Dead On Arrival, we will make every effort to repair the product, if we can not repair it a replacement product or club credit will be issued.
Shipping cost of the product back will be covered by us. For more information regarding a dead on arrival, please email info@airsoftlocker.com as soon as possible.

AirsoftLocker reserves the right refuse Dead on Arrival claims as we see fit, especially when the product is damaged due to accidents, user error, or abuse.
