- While it does seem like a long list, do not worry as only some postal codes with the above prefixes qualify as remote and only shipping costs that are significantly above our affordability for the order will be contacted for options on delivery.
- Oversized items. If an item is oversized it will be indicated on the product page. A separate over sized/heavy item charge may be added to the shipping cost of the item. Â The additional cost will show on the checkout page before you complete your order.
- Excessive shipping cost. In very rare instances, there will be shipping costs that exceed our margins for certain orders and void the free shipping promotion. We will contact the customer to see if they are willing to pay for the cost of shipping the order. If not, we will offer a full refund for the order itself.
All orders are shipped within 12-24 hours of payment receipt. Days of shipping are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays & weekends)
Orders placed during the day will be shipped the next business day. Generally order processing cut off time is 12:30 PM EST.
Once your order has entered the processing or shipped status it can not be cancelled or modified.
If there is a problem with your order (e.g. inventory error or damaged item), we will notify you prior to shipping your order with options on how to proceed with your purchase.
All order’s placed are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.
All orders will be shipped in a plain packaged box or mailer.
Some products (such as Mystery Crates) may have marketing labels on the exterior
There is no cut off time for shipping.
