There are a total of 5 reward tiers in our loyalty program. Every member starts at the beginning with zero points. Every time points are earned on an account we will send you an email notifying you of your points balance. Once a member reaches a reward tier, we’ll notify you about your reward tier achievement.

Should the member wish to redeem their points at the tier reached, we’ll issue a coupon code for the reward emailed straight to your inbox. Your points balance is then updated to reflect the redemption.

The current ways to earn loyalty points are explained below:

This is the most basic way of earning loyalty points. Every individual order placed will add points to your account. Regardless if they are shipped independently or together, the amount of points earned is per individual order completed.

In order for a referral to earn points, the new member must place an order within 5 months of being referred. There is no dollar limit on the amount an order must be to validate the referral.

The new members account will still be valid, even if a purchase is not made within the 5 month period. Accounts with no orders or activity within 6 months will be terminated automatically.

This rule is in place to keep active members in the club and to ensure the referrer receives their points as soon as possible. If the new member does not place an order, there is no impact on the referring members account.

Referral requests generally take business 1-2 days to process (Monday – Friday).

The information required for a referral includes:

• New members full name
• Email address for the account

*All new members must be 18+ or the age of majority in their respective area.

**A government issued ID may be requested for verification. This will be requested via email to the new member, not the referring member. No copy of the ID submitted will be kept, it will be deleted after your age is verified.

Important notes:

• If you are a new member, your account will be on probation and exempt from this part of the loyalty program until the probation period ends.

This is option exists and a bonus to members and to help grow the sport of airsoft in Canada. For members who have an interest in videography or simply want to show off their new airsoft products, this is a great way to show your passion and earn some rewards at the same time!

To earn points this way, simply post a review of an airsoft product purchased from us on Youtube and send us the link via email here

To ensure we credit the video to the correct member, please make sure when you send us the link include your member account email as well.

To earn the points for the review, the link must be submitted within 30 days of the original upload date.

Important Terms

1. Standard club rules still apply
2. Redemption codes are 1 time use only and account bound, they expire 1 year after the original issue date.
3. Should a members account expire based on the clubs active account rule, all referral points, coupons and rewards will be nullified.
4. Points earned as well as rewards hold no cash value and can not be used for exchanges towards other products.
5. You can only redeem points for the amounts at the specific tiers posted. i.e. no partial redemption of points
6. All points earned are account bound, to the registered email. They can not be transferred or gifted to another email or member.
7. Loyalty Points will be awarded to each member’s account only if the following criteria are met with regards to each method: For Orders, after delivery of the order is successful. For Reviews, your review must be linked within 30 days of the upload date. For Referrals, the successful placement of an order from the new member within the terms specific to the referral program.
8. If an entire order is returned the points earned will be deducted from your balance.
9. Partial returns will retain earned points for the order as points are earned an a per order basis, with the exception of returning all items of value and keeping the freebie.
10. Guest orders can not earn loyalty points or participate in loyalty rewards.

Program terms and conditions may change, we’ll do our best to let every member know as early as possible regarding any changes.
