Q) Can I purchase as a guest?
A) Guest purchases are now live! Non members can purchase non age restricted items from our club. Of course membership is still recommended if you want to take advantage of our loyalty program and special promotions.
Q) How to I become a member/join your club?

Q) I submitted a membership request, where is my account information?
A) Sometimes junk/spam filters may incorrectly place our emails in that folder. Please check it to see if your membership information is there.
Q) Do you have a physical store?
A) Sorry! We are a private club for airsoft goodies. Our primary goal to provide as much airsoft information as possible for the Canadian airsoft community. We host vetted classifieds with some surplus airsoft goodies for sale.
Q) Where are you located/ship from?
A) We ship mainly from Markham, Ontario. It’s a suburb North of Toronto, Ontario.
Q) How often are out of stock items restocked?
A) We no longer list items that are out of stock as we don’t have plans to restock items on a regular basis. Supply constraints and consistency are also reasons we do not list out of stock items.
Q) What are you hours of operation?
A) We do not have standard hours of operation as we’re an online club. The shop is open 24/7 365 days a year with some short periods closed for maintenance.
Q) Do you offer price matching?
A) Being an airsoft club with classifieds, we aren’t able to price match retailers and other airsoft businesses.
Q) Why do you not offer warranty?
A) Unfortunately the places we are supplied from does not offer warranty. Therefore due to our low margins, we can not add on warranty coverage to the products sold.
Q) What kind of packaging can I expect for products and shipping?
A) Some of our items may come in custom boxes made for the Canadian market. Others are in generic boxes. When an order is shipped it will always be in an unmarked box/packaging.
